Threatening letters containing a white powdery substance was delivered to both City Hall and the Clarence Mitchell Court House . City Hall was evacuated as hazmat teams were dispatched to the areas. It was later determined that the powdery substance was not harmful and workers were allowed back into their work areas.
Some of the letters that were sent to specific judges did contain an actual bullet as well as racial epithets to some. Baltimore Authorities are searching for evidence such as fingerprints, saliva and DNA to find the culprits.
